Imojula ye-LK-HSPD yokuthola isivinini esiphezulu iklanyelwe ukubhekelela kokubili ukusetshenziswa kwedijithali ne-analogi. Le mojula ifakwe i-InGaAs PIN photodiode enobude bokuphendula obusuka ku-1250 ukuya ku-1650 nm, kanye nezinto zikagesi ezibalulekile ezifanayo.
I-LK-HSPD iyakwazi ukuletha ama-bandwidths we-8 GHz, 12 GHz, 18 GHz, 22 GHz, kanye no-30 GHz. Ukusebenza kwemojuli kusekelwe ekunikezeni amandla okuthi +3.3V noma +5V, kuye ngemodeli ethile. Yakhelwe ukusebenza ngefayibha yemodi eyodwa ejwayelekile engu-9/125μm.
